Request a refund on an AXA Schengen Travel Plan purchased in the past 10 days

Please use this page to submit a request to cancel your Schengen plan. Cancellations are only available within 10 days from the date you purchased your plan. We will refund your plan cost if you have not departed on your trip and you submit your request within 10 days of your purchase date.

If you are beyond the 10 day free look period you can submit a request to change your departure and return date under Contact Us, Update Policy Information. All changes must be made prior to the scheduled departure date.​
